Higurashi When They Cry is on VR!

If you haven’t seen this Anime or read the light novels or played the games, oh man its a crazy wild horror ride that is not for the squeamish. And now they is a possibility of a VR game!

For those that don’t know this Anime, it follows Keiichi Maebara and his friends through a few stories. And when things escalate, oh they escalate. The short stories told usually end pretty gruesome and you can see this anime always in a top horror or F-uped anime list.
The anime was also based off the series of games as well as the light novels. But to hear of a possible VR game is interesting (if you seen or know anything about this series you would know why I say that. If you haven’t, what are you waiting for!) I don’t want to spoil much about what happens in the anime. It would be interesting to see how the mystery aspect works and if if can capture that same eerie feeling I felt watching the anime. Also I hope its a hit and ends up coming to counsels so more people can be exposed to this thriller/horror series.

The Higurashi When They Cry VR event is going to be held on May 19, 2017 in Tokyo. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it does well to market it as a new game!
